Train smart, train specific. This ready-made 8-week program takes you beyond generic workouts and into CPAT-focused training. Using simple gym equipment, we replicate the exact demands of the test evolutions—so when it’s game time, nothing feels new.

Program Breakdown

  • Weeks 1–2: Baseline Strength & Conditioning
    • Build a foundation of strength, cardio, and mobility.
    • Gym Example: Farmer’s carries with heavy dumbbells to simulate the Equipment Carry.
  • Weeks 3–4: Evolution-Focused Training
    • Layer in CPAT-style tasks with gym-friendly progressions.
    • Gym Example: Weighted step-ups on a plyo box to simulate the Stair Climb.
  • Weeks 5–6: Power & Endurance Development
    • Push capacity with intervals and loaded movements.
